ABOUT US

We started with a simple idea, a case shouldn't take years to resolve.

After years in the legal system, we kept seeing the same story play out, no matter what area of law we were working in. Courts carry heavy backlogs, and even straightforward cases dragged on for years. The delay rarely had much to do with the case itself, it had more to do with paperwork, procedure, and complexity that had little to do with what was actually being fought over*. Resolution kept taking a back seat to process.

Alternative dispute resolution (arbitration, mediation, and conciliation) has existed as a faster path for decades. It offers what traditional litigation struggles to: speed, flexibility, and outcomes both sides can trust. But ADR has stayed underused. Many people don’t know it’s an option, and those who do often find it just as hard to access as the courts it’s meant to be an alternative to.

That’s why we built ResolveAnchor, an ODR platform that offers a faster, simpler way to settle cases than traditional litigation. It brings the entire ADR process online, from filing a complaint to reaching a legally binding resolution, so parties can resolve what matters without getting lost in everything around it.

How it works :-

1. File Your Case

Start by submitting your dispute online, no physical paperwork, no court visits, no waiting in line. You’ll provide the details of your case, the relief you’re seeking, and any supporting documents, contracts, invoices, correspondence, or anything else relevant. The entire filing process is designed to take minutes, not days.

2. Case Review

Once filed, your case is reviewed and classified based on its nature, arbitration, mediation, or conciliation, whichever process fits best. Getting the classification right from the start means your case moves through the right process from day one.

4. Notice & Response

The opposite party is formally notified and given a defined window to respond. They can review the case details, submit their own evidence, and raise any objections, all directly through the Platform.

5. Evidence & Documentation

Both parties upload supporting documents directly to their case file, contracts, communications, receipts, whatever’s relevant. Everything stays organized in one place, visible to the appointed neutral and both parties, so there’s a clear record of exactly what was submitted and when.

6. Video Hearing

Once the case is ready to proceed, a hearing is scheduled and conducted entirely over video, at a time convenient for both parties. No travel, no waiting rooms, no adjournments because someone couldn’t make it across town*. You present your case, respond to questions, and make your arguments, all from wherever you are.

7. Resolution

Following the hearing, the arbitrator, mediator, or conciliator issues a decision or facilitates a settlement, whichever fits the process. The outcome is delivered directly through the Platform and is legally binding and enforceable under *****.

8. Case Closed

Both parties receive the final award or settlement agreement, and the case is formally closed, resolved without the months, or years, litigation would have taken.
